ASSD, the oasis of medical deserts
ASSD is betting on e-health to fight against medical desertification.
ACCÈS à la SANTÉ SOLIDAIRE et DURABLE
Who are we?
We are a non-profit humanitarian association. Our wish is to bring access to care to the poorest. This association is made up of health professionals and humanitarian aid enthusiasts.
Our project is to create centers on the model of its partner, the Maison de Santé Faidherbe https://www.maisondesantefaidherbe.fr/.
This Territorial Health Organization participates 7/7 in the Access to Care Service for Parisians and offers teleconsultations throughout France.
ACCÈS à la SANTÉ SOLIDAIRE et DURABLE
The Access to Solidarity and Sustainable Health Association will allow access to care for as many people as possible.
The 3 priority areas from our association :
-
WRESTLE against infant and maternal mortality
-
TO PROPOSE tele-expertise specialists covering all remote regions.
-
FORM general practitioners to e-health allowing the entire population to have access to remote care.
Offer simple but uncompromising technical platforms on quality. Electrocardiographs, resuscitation scopes, ultrasound scanners and biology laboratories. All will be connected to a referral center.
The use of advanced technologies such as drones bringing medicines to isolated villages, or from buses to solar energy, converted into mobile clinics.
To achieve this, we want to take advantage of a French model that has proven itself in Paris since 2011. Our ambition is to apply this model where health needs are recognized, in solidarity, while taking into account specificities of each territory.
Our association puts the digital health at the center of the fight against medical desertification.
